So, how does this mixer work? Hopefully, just like a real mixer. I designed it to look similar to Pro Tools LE from Digidesign, since that's the audio software I use and like. As an aside, I did a tutorial on Pro Tools LE for The Virtual Training Compny in case you want to learn how to use it yourself.

There is context-sensitive help for almost everything, so it should be fairly easy to figure out. In fact, many interesting tips and tricks can be learned by reading those annoying little yellow boxes. If they get in your way too much, you can shut them off by shift-clicking the question mark icon in the top right corner.

I have tried to make the interface as peppy as possible, but, unfortunately, because of the size of the MP3 files it loads, be prepared for a long wait if you have anything slower than a DSL or Cable Modem. You can play any tracks that have loaded, so that should help alleviate your boredom.

Within the next few months, I will be adding more songs, or song snippets (I don't want to give away all the milk for free you know).

The only exception to that rule is that I did use stock photography for some of the icons. The copyrights for those belong to their rightful owners, but I am using them with permission, of course.
